				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color:#000000;">Our popular Bring a Friend (or two) Days are back this week on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. On those days you can bring your friends in for any class. Here are a few things to help prepare your friends:</span></p>

Send them a few <span style="color:#0000ff;"><a href="http://library.crossfit.com/free/pdf/CFJ-trial.pdf"><span style="color:#0000ff;">articles</span></a></span> and show them a few CrossFit <span style="color:#0000ff;"><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QuI7qV6Z32M"><span style="color:#0000ff;">videos</span></a></span> (just let them know that they won&#8217;t be doing anything that intense and that the workout will be a team one).</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">2. <p><span style="color:#000000;">4. Last, don&#8217;t &#8216;lose&#8217; your friend. He or she might be pretty confused, so make sure you&#8217;re there to guide them through the class.</span></p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color:#000000;">Okay, maybe you&#8217;re still bummed you missed out on tickets for The 2013 CrossFit Games in July.  I know, they sold out pretty quickly, and you&#8217;re not about to shell out $500 to a scalper for tickets.  Sucks for sure.  But here&#8217;s the good news, the <span style="color:#0000ff;"><a href="http://games.crossfit.com/region/southern-california" target="_blank"><span style="color:#0000ff;">Southern California CrossFit Games Regional</span></a></span> competition kicks off this Friday and runs through the weekend.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;">The Regional competition is the penultimate phase of the CrossFit Games competition season, and we have some of the best athletes in the CrossFit world competing in our region this weekend.  Here are a few athletes to watch at the Regional:</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Josh Bridges</strong>, second place at the 2011 CrossFit Games, is the top male in our region and has a legitimate shot at beating Rich Froning this year at the Games.</span></p>
