Workout of the day (WOD):
4 rounds for time of:
40 air squats
15 hand release push-ups
10 hang power cleans (135# for men/93# for women) or sumo deadlift high pulls for beginners

Intermediate and All Levels
Overhead Squats
3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3
For time:
45 double-unders, then
21-15-9 reps of:
overhead squats (115/73)
toes to bar or knee raises
finish with 45 double-unders
OHS weight should be ~60% of skill. Can sub front squats as well.
Beginner class will complete:
21-15-9 reps of:
goblet squats
kettlebell swings
box jumps
Then finish with short block run
