Bob Harper, from NBC’s The Biggest Loser, is totally addicted to CrossFit. Check out his Facebook posts and it’s pretty obvious he’s a full on, Kool Aid drinking, WODaholic. As someone in the fitness industry, I would have expected Bob to have known about CrossFit a lot earlier, but better late than never.
How much does love CrossFit? He loves it so much that he just had to share it with his contestant on The Biggest Loser. (After the annoying advertisements, skip over to about minute 17 of the episode.)
But don’t even think about dropping empty barbells like that. Not cool.
