Sunday’s Bring a Friend event was a huge hit. Thank you for bringing your friends to CrossFit Merge and a huge thanks to all the friends that came out to support you in your CrossFit endeavor.

Bring a Friend WOD:
2 person, 20 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of:
200 meter relay run (each member runs 100 meters)
20 burpee wall ball shots
30 jumping pull-ups (partition these reps as needed)
